For this character I opted for more of a pink skin tone. I guess I just wanted to be able to use different accompanying colours that would compliment pink instead of blue this time. I've been reading a lot of Aquaman and Namor comics these past couple days (probably in the hope that they will remind me of warmer climes) and I wanted to do a sort of barnacle/crustacean shell type armour. I think it turned out alright, if not a bit flat in the end. I do like the way the wrist guards turned out though. Plus the eyes are pretty haunting, which is good.
As an afterthought ,I should have given him a harpoon hand ala 90's Aquaman . Harpoons are cool!
